To all of our clients,

Good News!!
We are excited to announce that we will be able to open up our doors again on
May 1st!
As excited as we are to bring back some normalcy to all of our lives, we will have to do things a little different for now in the salon. The guidelines that we are providing you with have been set in place by Routt County commissioner, Colorado Governor, the CDC and our licensing company DORA (Department of Regulatory Agencies.) It is important that you read through this so we can all abide by it together and keep our doors open. Comb Goddess wants to provide a safe, clean, and healthy environment for all of our clients to feel comfortable in.

Please be patient with us as we have 4 weeks worth of clients we are trying to get re-scheduled and we want to get you all in. Do note if you have an appointment already scheduled in May, we are going to do our best to keep those appointment as they are, but do understand some will have to change. As not only a hairstylist, but also as mothers, we have to adjust our hours to allow time for homeschooling our children.

Please read guidelines below:

Guidelines for Staff-

  • We will only have one client per stylist at a time. With that we ask that you don't bring your kids with you to your appt.
  • No walk-in's available at this time - you must call to make an appt at (970) 871-0606.
  • For children's appointments, it's a little tricky. If you feel comfortable enough to send your child in alone, we will be happy to chat with you before hand to discuss what you would like. If you're not comfortable with this, we ask that you reschedule their appointments for a later date.
  • Masks must be worn by all employees of Comb Goddess
  • The waiting area is closed. If you can please call the salon or txt Christine- 719-641-7107 or Savannah 970-291-9439 once you have arrived we can let you know if our station is ready, if they are not we ask that you wait in your car or outside and we will txt/call you as soon as our stations are available. We will be wiping down and disinfecting our stations in between each client.
  • Fresh washed capes for every client.
  • Hand sanitizer at every station.
  • We will not be able to provide drinks but do have a water cooler available if you would like to bring your own water bottle

Guidelines for Clients

  • Clients must wear masks. (Please be sure your mask is the one with straps around the ear vs. a buff, this way we can still do your hair.)
  • If you do not have a mask we will not be able to see you.
  • We ask every client wash their hands upon arrival of the salon. There are 2 sinks upstairs one in the main room and another in the bathroom.
  • If you are sick we ask that you stay home and reschedule your appt.
  • For clients looking to purchase product only please call ahead of time if you know which products you need and we can pull them aside and complete transaction over the phone. If you are unsure of what products please call to speak with one of the stylist to consult what products might be best for you. You can find all products at bumbleandbumble.com
  • Do know if you do not abide by the regulations or show up sick we will have to turn you away and charge for your appt.

Cancellation Policy

Lastly we will ask every client for a credit card on file. With our time being more limited we are implementing a new policy all no shows will be charged for their appointments. We want to get everyone in.

We are hopeful these regulations will be lifted in the near future. We will update you as they do. Thank you so much to each and every one of you and your loyalty to Comb Goddess we are looking forward to seeing you all. We really appreciate your patients and cooperation thru these times.
Please reach out with any questions you have.

Thanks
